Our store is hosted on Wix.com Ltd. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
1. Cancellations and returns
You may cancel an order before dispatch or return it for any reason within 14 days commencing from the day after receipt of goods. If you wish to cancel, return or exchange an order, please contact us via e-mail or telephone first. Return postage is paid for by you, the customer, you will be refunded any postage paid at the time of original purchase. Products should be undamaged and returned in appropriate packaging to avoid damage. Postage should be via recorded delivery or signed-for service, please ensure that you obtain proof of postage. Payment will be refunded within 14 days of the returned goods being received by Take Cover! Creations. If you are returning specially commissioned work, commission fees will not be refunded.
We meticulously check our products for faults and package our goods ready for dispatch with great care and attention, however, we accept sometimes things can go wrong and an item may, unfortunately, arrive damaged by one of our delivery companies. If upon arrival the package clearly appears damaged, we advise you not to sign for it or alternatively write on the delivery note that the package is damaged. If possible, please provide a photograph of the damage, this will help us dispute the issue with our delivery company. Please do not open the damaged package and contact us within 3 days of receipt either by e-mail or telephone. Please detail the nature of the damage and if you would prefer a refund or replacement goods. If you believe your item is defective or faulty, you must contact us within 28 days of dispatch either by e-mail or telephone. Please detail the nature of the fault and if you would prefer a refund or replacement goods.
3. Purchases, pricing and payment
When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process. The prices we charge for using our services / for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Additional information about pricing and is available on the payments page. Payments are securely processed by Wix (SSL Certificated) and PayPal. No goods will be dispatched until full payment has been received.
We reserve the right to remove special offers and discount codes without notice. Only one offer may be used at one time unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order where the customer has registered multiple email addresses in order to access single-use discount codes more than once.
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. Prices on our website may differ from pricing on other channels in which we sell, such as our physical pop-up stall at events. In addition to this, sales and promotions that appear on one channel may not be available on this channel. The duration of sales and promotions may also be different between various channels.
4. Accuracy of billing and account information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers, and expiration dates so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

All the content presented on this website is protected by copyright and may not be used in any format. Our own products, such as our aircraft silhouette-designed frames are copyrighted to Take Cover! Creations 2017. GSGS material used is 50+ years old and used under Crown Copyright compliance. Goods sold by us which are manufactured by other companies such as COBI, Motormax, and Easy Model are copyrighted to their respective owners and any third-party logos and designs are used under licence by their respective owners. You may not copy and use any media from this website, including descriptive text, video or graphic design of a physical or digital nature.
Purchase of any product from this website DOES NOT convey any rights, in respect of image copyright, to the purchaser to use the product image(s) for any use other than its intended purpose, including but not restricted to –
